What's Yema? Yema is basically a delicious custard candy made from grinned/chopped peanuts, egg yolks and condensed milk. A snack or dessert that's very common in the Philippines and probably one of the easiest to create. Yema is usually wrapped in a colored cellophane. The ingredients needed are readily available and this does not require a lot of cooking and preparation time.
