Pansit Miki Guisado Recipe Tutorial

Pansit Miki Guisado Recipe

Ingredients :

  • 1 lb miki noodles
  • 2 pieces boneless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1/4 lb grilled pork belly, sliced
  • 2 cups cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoons soysauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon sherry
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper


Step by Step Cooking Procedures :

1.Heat oil in a wok.
2.Put-in chicken and cook it for around 3 minutes.
3.Add the pork belly. Stir and cook for around 2 to 3 minutes.
4.Add the sherry and onions. Cook until onions becomes soft. Don't overcook the onions.
5.Add salt, pepper, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir and cook for approximately 6 to 8 minutes. Note: Add more water as necessary.
6.Put-in the cabbage and carrots. Cook until vegetables are soft and tender.
7.Put-in the miki noodles, and then stir. Cook for another 3 minutes.
8.Turn-off heat of the stove and transfer to a serving plate.
9.That's it You're Done! Serve and Enjoy.
