Gerry's Griil Style Sisig Recipe Tutorial

How To Cook Sizzling Sisig Easily Recipe & Tutorial


Ingredients Needed:

  • ¼ lb pork belly(Use pigs face if available) 
  • 2 lbs pig ears 
  • ¼ lb chicken liver 
  • 1 teasepoon ground black pepper 
  • 1 cup onion(minced) 
  • 3 tablespoons soy-sauce 
  • 3-4 tablespoon chili 
  • 1 knob ginger minced) 
  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise(*the secret ingredient) 
  • 1-2 piece lemon(or 3 to 6 pcs. calamansi) 
  • ½ cup butter (or margarine) 
  • 1 teasepoon salt 
  • 34-35 ounces water 

 Step by Step Cooking Procedures:


1. Start by getting a pot and pour water into it. Bring the water into a Boil.
2. Next add in the salt and pepper.
3. Put in the pig’s ears and pork belly into the pot, let it simmer for about 40 minutes to an hour (or until the meat becomes tender).
4. Remove all of the meat from the pot. Make sure to drain the water.
5. Then it's grilling time . Grill the boiled pig ears and pork belly until done.
6. Chop the pig ears and pork belly into smaller bits. It's up to you if you want it finer.
7. In a separate pan, melt the butter then add the onions. Make sure you Don't overcook the onions. Leave it soft.
8. Put in the ginger and cook for a 1 to 2 minutes
9. Add the chicken liver and cook it for about 3 minutes.
10. While being cooked in the pan , crush the chicken liver into bits so that it brings up the flavor.
11. Add the chopped pig ears and pork belly then cook for about 10 minutes
12. Put in the soy-sauce and chili then mix it well then add in the salt and pepper.
14. Put in the mayonnaise and mix everything well until all ingredients are mixed together evenly.
15. Put unto a Serving Plate. Serve & Enjoy (Squeeze lemon or calamansi right before eating)
