My version stands out or taste above the ordinary because aside from the usual salt and pepper rub that we normally do, this Golden Breaded Fried Pork Chop recipe utilizes garlic powder and paprika. These ingredients are mixed with the flour. The garlic powder will give your pork chop an extra nice flavor while the paprika adds-in a mild spice that can make you enjoy the dish better. Deep fry each side for 4 to 6 minutes in low to medium heat. Note: do not fry in high heat to avoid the pork chops from getting burnt easily. It can also quickly cook the outer part, but the inside might still be uncooked. Wait until it's golden brown. 8.) Transfer to a serving plate. 9.) Easy Golden Pork Chowking Style Cooking Recipe

Ingredients we need:

4 pork chops, with or without fat
½ teaspoon fine sea salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¾ cup all-purpose flour
4-5 cups cooking oil
2 cups of Japanese bread crumbs (normal bread crumbs will do)
2 eggs

Step by Step Cooking Instructions:

1.) Combine ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper. Rub all over the pork chops. 2.) Let it stay for 15 minutes for the flavors to get absorbed.
3.) Meanwhile, combine the flour, Japanese bread crumbs,garlic powder, and paprika in a large resealable Ziploc or freezer bag. Mix well.
4.) Beat the eggs in a container the Set aside.
5.) Heat the cooking oil in a wide pan.
6.) While the oil is heating-up, lightly dredge the pork chops onto the beaten eggs the place it in the flour-bread crumbs mixture until the entire slice is completely covered. Mix it Well.
7.) Deep fry each side for 4 to 6 minutes in low to medium heat. Note: do not fry in high heat to avoid the pork chops from getting burnt easily. It can also quickly cook the outer part, but the inside might still be uncooked. Wait until it's golden brown.
8.) Transfer to a serving plate.
9.) Best eaten with family and friends.

*Note: for best results pressure cook the meat for a few minutes before starting the cooking procedures. It will make the meat tender.
